The Season Seven Premiere of The Walking Dead left fans emotionally distraught after the actions of the new super villain, Negan.

Fans were left in shock when two of the main characters “Met Lucille”. After the cliffhanger at the end of season six, where the group was held up by Negan and the saviors, the audience finally saw whose last day it was. Abraham was the first victim of the episode which caused mixed feelings among fans, due to the similarities between the comics and the show. This poll conducted on @belivewire shows the reactions of students.

In the comics Glen was the first victim, but in the show they instead killed Abraham. While it was sad for the super fans and shippers of the show many were also relieved because Glen was spared. But they weren’t relieved for long. Shortly after Abraham dies, another victim must be claimed because of the heroic actions of fan favorite, Daryl. Glen also met his gory fate. The future of the show is now uncertain with two dead, a pregnant and sick Maggie with no Glen there for her, and Daryl being captured by the saviors.
