A new ukulele club has recently been formed but it has yet to be announced to the entire school.

English teacher Dan Barrett is behind this new club. There are currently only a couple members, but anyone who is interested and has a ukulele can join. By forming this club, Barrett and student participants hope to learn and improve together.

“I wanted to learn how to play the ukulele and I also wanted to support other people,” said Barrett. The club currently only has about eight members.

Ukulele club meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:20 p.m to 3 p.m. in Barrett’s classroom.
