Students and Staff’s New Years Resolutions

We’ve all heard the common phrase “new year, new me” said in the early months of the year, but that certainly isn’t always the case.

New Years comes around annually along with new goals to better our lives. These resolutions can cover an array of topics from weight loss to saving money. However, these new goals are often abandoned early on in the year. In fact, according to research from the University of Scranton, only 8% of people actually accomplish their resolutions.
