El Nopal, Fiesta Mexicana, Halftime’s and Hometown.

These are the usual restaurants in rotation for everyone in Mount Washington’s day to day life.

The purpose of this blog is to show interesting places to eat around Louisville; so that people will leave their comfort zone and try new things. We researched restaurants that are aesthetically appealing enough for quality instagram photos, whether it would be of the food or the restaurant itself.

The restaurant will be judged on their service, taste, presentation, atmosphere and price. We will include a regular option and a vegetarian option to give a variety of options. We tried to keep all of our food options in Louisville area, but we had limited options in some of our categories/themes.

We will be exploring different types of food each month. The themes will be:

September: Breakfast

October: Hispanic

November: Coffee

December: Bakery/Doughnuts

January: Vegan

February: Pizza

March: Pasta

April: Southern

May: American/BBQ
