This is Brooklyn Sauer and she is a junior. It is her second year on staff and she is a copy editor. She is taking journalism because she thought it would be a fun experience to help her grow as a person. She is on Bullitt East’s color guard team and is also in Beta Club.

Compared to the Fern Creek game two days prior, Reid saw that the team can win games but still have a lot of room to grow. “I think Fern Creek, like we were supposed to win that game, whereas Bardstown is really good, I mean they were pretty athletic,” Reid said.

March has been designated Women’s History month since 1995 by Presidential Proclamations. Many women in our school have many accomplishments and high roles that should be shared and celebrated not only during this month but also throughout the school year.
