Sophomore Tawney Noyes looks on as junior Brodie Curtsinger memorizes a deck of cards, in three seconds. Noyes enjoyed watching the two magic tricks that were performed to her, Dec. 11. “I think they went awesome. It was really fun to get to see you ‘behind the scenes,’ because I haven’t really gotten to see that yet,” Noyes said.

Make some Noyes for the two jokers.

Sophomore Tawney Noyes watches as the two jokers perform amazing stunts.

Noyes enjoyed watching the trick and was surprised. She believes that the magic trick was amazing and very fun to watch. If Noyes were to need to hire someone for entertainment, she would definitely hire me as a magician.

Noyes figured out how the trick was done, to some extent, because of me practicing. “I kind of wasn’t fooled because I had to see the magic trick, like, eight times and you had to practice the second magic trick in front of me, because it wasn’t working, but other than that, it was fun to watch,” Noyes said. During the tricks, the two jokers were used to capture one card, in two differentiating ways. To find out what happened with those jokers watch the video above.

When it comes to the performance of the trick, and the way that the trick was carried out, she thought it was excellent. “I think they went awesome. It was really fun to get to see you ‘behind the scenes,’ because I haven’t really gotten to see that yet,” Noyes said, “Probably a nine, because it’s fun to get to talk with you, and I was a little distracted by myself in the camera.” On a scale from zero to 10, Noyes believes it was a nine, with her being kind of distracted.

Noyes would hire me as a form of entertainment for an event, and she believes that others should too. “I definitely would (hire you), because I would like to help get you out there, and support The Magic Duck, in general,” Noyes said, “Yes (other people should hire you), because no matter how old you are, it’s still fun to get to know local businesses, and anybody who can do stuff like this, needs to make it in the world.”

Noyes would be interested in seeing another magic trick. “Yes, because you are an amazing magician, and awesome friend, and I have always liked magic, ever since I was little,” Noyes said.

Now, if you’re interested in seeing a magic trick from me, and getting to be on, “Brodie’s Monthly Magic,” or you have a friend that you think would be interested in that, then you can email me at [email protected].
