Boys Soccer With Another Win

The boys with another win.

 

The boys’ soccer team prepared for their next game against Fern Creek on October 1st.  

 

On Tuesday night, the boys played against DeSales High School. winning for both Jv and Varsity.  In the JV game, the chargers won 2-0 with ease.  For the varsity team, senior Xavier Glauber came in quickly with the scoring.  The team had some incredible saves from Gabe Brangers including a penalty kick.  With two minutes to go, DeSales put in one goal making the score 2-1.  “It was a hard game to win but it still feels good to be out there playing,” says sophomore Tanner Chitwood.  The team prepares for their next game by talking about how they can improve from previous games.

On Saturday, October 3 the boys played against Larue Country winning with a score of 3-1.  “We should have played better but we still played well,” says sophomore Colin Elder.
