At their first match, against Central Hardin, all golfers finished under 70. Brown with a 40, Shepherd with a 56, and Cook with a 68. In the most recent tournament at the Nelson County Invitational. Brown finished second overall with a 75, Shepherd finished with a 120, and Cook finished with a 130.

Most people are amazed by Cook, newest addition to the team. “ She is a really great person and she’s just really good at what she does,” Said Alyssa Shepherd, junior. She has been nothing short of what she was expected to be this year already just three matches in. Everyone hopes for her to keep it up.

Their next match is against Nelson County at home. Also, the Bluegrass Invitationals are next weekend and Brown is expected to show out during that. Shepherd and Cook will also be competing.
