Not Every Loss is a Bad One

There is some good in failure.

The Lady Chargers volleyball team struggled this past week with two losses, but not everything in the games were seen as a complete loss.

The Lady Chargers took on the number one team in the state, Mercy. Then they took on the Ballard Bruins. This week will be a long one with five games.

Tuesday, Sept. 24 the team traveled to Mercy Academy. The girls went into the game hopeful, but fell to the Jaguars 3-0. The night was still rewarding though, because the team set a record for scoring the most points against Mercy.

The next night, Wednesday Sept. 25, the team played on the home court against the Bruins. They went a full five sets, but in a hard fought battle, lost 3-2.

The team will take on five games this week. They are going into it with new attitudes and still staying positive. With less than half of the season over, they are looking to add some more wins.
