Charger Basketball 2020 Season Has Ended

All good things must come to an end.

The boys basketball team’s season ended a little earlier than they wanted.

Charger nation showed out for the boys Wednesday night, but it just wasn’t enough. Being a Charger has come to an end for the seniors; Hunter Brogan, Zak Perdew, Montrell Page, Landon Maki, Cameron Waddle, Ethan Boyer. The players are not the only ones affected though, seniors in the RedZone are reaching their end too.

Wednesday, Feb. 26 the boys fell to J-Town 62-47. The game had a rough start with 3:50 left in the first quarter, the score being 11-4, J-Town. The team worked their way back up and would trail J-Town at some points and gain the lead in other points of the game.

In the end the team fell in their first round of district play.

The seniors of the RedZone felt the pain of the end of the season just as much as the players did. This was the last game to have a student section.

The Chargers ended their season with a record of 11-15.
